PAT MATHEWS
- OWNER, CPA
A graduate from Clemson
University, Pat has three daughters, one granddaughter
and one granddaughter on the way.
A resident of Knoxville since1981 and working in
accounting for many years, she pursued her studies at
the University of Tennessee, focused on tax and
accounting to qualify for the CPA exam.
Pat became a Certified
Public Accountant in 1994.
For more than 20 years,
Pat has provided accounting services to small business
owners and other individuals. Expanding her
support of business, Pat started PayTime in 1992 and
built her accounting practice around the payroll
service.
Small businesses make up
the backbone of our country. Yet, the barrage of
paperwork, tax issues, and filing requirements keep the
small business owner in a mound of paperwork instead of
being able to concentrate on building a profitable
business.
Pat consults with business
owners as to the type of business entity, whether a
sole-proprietorship, partnership, corporation or LLC is
the best entity for them.
Pat offers write up
services. Our office will prepare monthly or quarterly
financial statements. She will meet and go over the
statements for complete understanding. We can do
comparison profit and loss statements and prepare
comparisons to the industry standards. |
